Essie Russell Butler is the founder of ERB Consulting and has extensive experience in talent acquisition in large, global companies. Essie has worked in both emerging and developed markets in high-growth environments spanning a number of industries including technology, professional services and consumer goods in companies such as Microsoft, Dell EMC and Accenture.
Essie's unique specialism is being able to support organisations set up world class, agile, global talent acquisition functions and particularly in delivering tangible results for Diversity & Inclusion. Essie's passion is enabling recruiters to recruit and employers to hire the best.
